[SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE SPONSOR OPPORTUNITY]

In an effort to further enrich the music consumer’s experience, Earphoria is sending video crews to various music festivals. We will be at Pitchfork Music Festival to capture the festival experience by creating short video podcasts interviewing festival attendees and planners, recording the crew’s experience as festival attendees, and talking to musicians about their experience playing at the festivals.

Now that I’m done with our “getting to know us”, let me tell you the reason why I’m writing you… I noticed while flipping through my June/July issue of Readymade that you will also be at Pitchfork Music Festival, showcasing a “modular dwelling.” I am writing to inquire if anyone at Readymade would be available and willing to talk to our cameras about the MD100, and if were possible to close the exhibit from the public for about 20 minutes per day to conduct a few of the interviews with bands we have scheduled within the dwelling, itself. I feel our vast audience of viewers would enjoy the unique scene. Of course, at the end of each video podcast, we thank [SPONSOR] for the accommodations.

We feel this partnership would be of lasting benefit to all parties involved and are excited at the prospect of working with you.  Does this partnership proposal sound like something [BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION] would be interested in?

Thank you for your time, I hope to work with you further in the future!

Attn: [PUBLICIST]. Confirmation for Earphoria Session

Thank you for sharing your music with us.  I am writing to confirm our session with [MUSICIAN] for [DATE & TIME] at [VENUE].  In an effort to make the most of our time together, we would like to introduce the musicians to the content, format and purpose of an Earphoria Session, which you will see below.  As Earphoria interviews are quite musical in content, artists are encouraged to have their instruments along for the session.  It is always at the artist’s digression if they choose to include musical content in the interview. We encourage you to visit earphoria.fm to engage in a session first hand. Please let me know the best way to make contact at the event to confirm the time/location.   Our crew would love to attend the show and we are also happy to film the performance.  Please contact me if you have any questions.  We look forward to sharing a meaningful experience that will further connect you to your listeners.  If you need any additional information or need to reschedule please feel free to contact me at [PHONE] or [EMAIL] at any time.

Interviews are musically interactive – whenever possible, answer the question and follow up with a song.  Interviews are edited, if you make a mistake, just pick up where you left off.  Close the session with a song. State your name/band name and thank Earphoria.

Session Content

Let’s start at the beginning, tell us about your first musical memory.

Speaking of influences, do you have a favorite cover?

We talked about what got you started.  What keeps you going?

Tell me about the first song where everything synced.

Do you have a favorite harmony part?

Music is obviously a huge passion, what are your other passions?

How do you write music, and what do you write music about?

Do you have a favorite rhyme or rhythm?

If you had to play the world one song, what song would you play?
